where do you spray fragrance (clothes or on your skin) and how much do you spray?

One squirt on each wrist & one on my neck.
behind my ears, on my cleavage, on both wrists and behind the knees, as the scent rises.
Spray on one wrist and rub in with the other. Put a dab on the left and right sides under your ear lobe. Spray two sprays in the air(directly in front of you) and walk through it.
the best place to spray-i think- is on your pulse points (EXAMPLE-your wrists ,behind your knees, behind your ears)when u do this the fragrance is enhanced each time your heart beat is accelerated.
according to fragrance store employees,
you are supposed to put perfume on your neck front and back, and on each wrist, they say not to rub it in (one dab, one squirt only)
if you choose to you may also put a squirt on your clothing, careful not to (dab) on your clothes,
perfume is known to stain clothing….

A fragrance should be put at your pulse points (wrists, neck, chest) and not a lot.
You don’t want to overpower someone that walks by you.
Basically the rule of thumb is, it should be just enough to smell if your close to someone but not so much that people smell it after you leave.
Scents quite often cause others to get headaches if they are too strong and if you have so much on that people can smell it when they aren’t holding you close you will smell like a male/female hooker.
I think that the best place to spray perfume is to turn your head upside down and spray in your hair, right at the nape of your neck. It goes into the hair follicles and releases fragrance every time your swing your hair back and forth. I always use a good quality perfume. Even after washing my hair, I can still smell it!
best to spray onto your pulse points - wrists and inside your elbow bends. spritz some directly on your wrist, then swipe behind your ears.
DO NOT spray directly onto clothes, esp silk as it may discolour the fabrics and/or leave permanent stains!
Don’t spray onto jewelry as well, esp pearls and silver, as it will cause them to tarnish & degenerate. put on your jewelry AFTER you’ve applied your perfume.
Personally, I leave my kiss-available areas (eg. neck) perfume-free coz there’s nothing yuckier for your partner than a mouthful of perfume!
And for a last touch, I mist some into my hair (spray into the air and quickly walk though the “mist”).
For eau de toilettes, 3-4 spritzes are usually enough altho you may need to reapply later in the day. For parfums, 1-2 is more than adequate to get you through the day. Don’t overdo it, otherwise you’re liable to overwhelm the olefactory senses of everyone within a 30-foot radius. ;O)
